Hi I'm Amanda! Founder & CEO of Modern Mama Fitness.

After having my second baby, I quickly realized that the baby weight wasn’t just going to come off. Not knowing where to begin, I started working out at home and quickly fell in love with fitness training. I gained confidence in my own skin and that’s when my fitness journey took off. Fitness has allowed me to break through limits I never thought I could as well as constantly driving me to become the best Mom, Wife, and Coach I can be.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, and Nutritionist, my mission is to empower other women and help them gain confidence in their bodies!
