Mamas are SUPER BUSY. Moving your body is one of the best ways to improve your mood and your health, and that’s what this program is all about. No magic. No wizardry. Just customized workouts, delivered through the MMF app weekly. Built for any time and any location, little-to-no equipment needed. All workouts are less than 45 minutes long.
